From Nairobi, I travel down to Mombassa overland, on to the Maldives (via Nairobi and Doha), and then continue to Kerala.

I go in search of my father's childhood house, during my first visit to Kenya.

Chair five events, including Benjamin Zephaniah; a British Council Panel; Authors in Conversation with writers from UK, Kenya, Rwanda and Nigeria; a session on Living Under the Idi Amin Ugandan dictatorship; and I judge a Twitter competition with Jane Bussman.

ECO - ADVENTURES

Visit to Nakuru National Park, Rift Valley among other eco-adventures.
